Jackie the hotel manager checked in every day, ensuring my stay was perfect. This personal touch made me feel truly cared for. The location was a gem, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. My Standard Double or Twin Room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed that provided great sleep. I loved the complimentary water and snacks in the mini-bar. The rooftop breakfast area offered stunning views, and the variety of food available was impressive. The staff were attentive, even packing a breakfast for my early flight. However, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low. Also, while the room furnishings were nice, some areas showed signs of wear. These were minor hiccups in an otherwise wonderful stay.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
Friendly, attentive staff made our stay delightful! We truly enjoyed the personalized breakfast experience, offering numerous delicious options made just for us.
The shower water pressure could definitely use an upgrade! Also, our room had a window that overlooked a wall just two feet away.

The Family Suite was super clean, and I loved the daily servicing. The room had a nice vibe and great decor. There was plenty of space for us to relax after a day out. The only downside was the bathroom could have used some updating since it felt a bit worn. But honestly, the comfortable stay and great service made up for it.
